  • If you haven’t already, I’ll connect you with trusted lenders. Pre-approval strengthens your buying power and shows sellers you’re serious.

  • I’ll provide curated options based on your preferences along with arranging tours and providing expert advice.

  • Found the one? I’ll help craft a competitive offer, explain contingencies, and negotiate the best terms on your behalf.

  • We’ll coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way to ensure a smooth process.
